Miyabi, Thanks for writing!๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒžMy husband is a wonderful chef (a better cook than I am!).๐Ÿ’›He will use the same recipe, only have two different pots (or pans). So, for example, today the meal was rigatoni pasta with red sauce and vegetables for me. However, Joe cooked some sausage (in a separate pan) for the meat item. Sometimes, my husband will cook meat on the barbeque, and then I just have something simple to eat, such as a sandwich (of course, vegetarian). We enjoy lots of different styles of foods (Italian, Mexican, Chinese, etc.).๐Ÿ’›I have a close friend named Jeannie (she is in today's poem about St. Francis and has two cats). Jeannie's mother was born in Tokyo. Jeannie learned how to make delicious Japanese food, and sometimes she cooks for us! ๐Ÿ’›She has been to Japan to visit her relatives there.๐Ÿ’›I wish you and Yoshiki a good day!๐ŸŒžYour friend, Amy
