William, Thank you for this fine sonnet! Your sonnet brought back many fond memories of Paris. I especially like the second stanza:

Eiffel Tower beyond so many roofs,

White half opened wooden shuddered windows.

Barges, bridges, people crossing in groups,

The River Seine, through the city it flows.
